Welcome to Arkilex Terms & Conditions. By accessing our website (arkilex.com) or engaging our 3D visualization and interior design services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of this agreement:

“Client” refers to the individual or entity requesting visualization services from Arkilex.

“Deliverables” refers to the final 3D images, animations, or VR tours provided by Arkilex.
“Project Brief” refers to the documents, CAD files, and instructions provided by the Client.

“Revision” refers to minor modifications to the Deliverables that do not require creating new geometry or changing the approved camera angle.
“Work Days” refers to business days, excluding weekends and public holidays in Morocco.

2. Scope of Services

Arkilex provides high-end 3D architectural visualization, rendering, and interior design services. The specific scope, timeline, and pricing for each project will be defined in a formal Quote or Proposal sent to the Client. Any work outside the agreed scope will be subject to additional fees.

3. Payments and Fees

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) is required to commence work on any Project.

Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in full before the final high-resolution Deliverables are released without watermarks.

Methods: We accept bank transfers and other agreed-upon payment methods. All fees are quoted in the agreed currency (USD, EUR, or MAD).

4. Revisions Policy

To ensure project efficiency, our standard pricing includes two (2) rounds of revisions per rendering view, unless stated otherwise in the Quote:

Round 1 (Draft Preview): Changes to camera angles, lighting mood, and geometry.

Round 2 (Material/Texture): Adjustments to materials, colors, and furniture selection.

Important: Any major structural changes to the 3D model (e.g., moving walls, changing architectural plans) requested after the modeling phase is approved will be considered a “Change Order” and billed at an hourly rate.

5. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights

Deliverables Ownership: Upon full payment, the Client is granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the final Deliverables (Images/Videos) for marketing, sales, and presentation purposes.

Source Files: Arkilex retains full ownership of the source files (3D models, scenes, textures, 3ds Max/Blender files). Source files are not included in the standard delivery unless explicitly agreed upon and paid for separately.

Portfolio Rights: Arkilex reserves the right to display the final Deliverables in our portfolio, website, and social media for self-promotion purposes, unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) has been signed.

6. Client Obligations

The Client agrees to provide all necessary project information (CAD files, mood boards, material specs) in a timely manner. Delays in providing assets may result in the extension of project deadlines.

7. Limitation of Liability

While Arkilex strives for photorealistic accuracy, our visualizations are artistic representations based on the information provided. We are not licensed architects or structural engineers (unless specified for Interior Design projects). We are not liable for construction errors or structural inaccuracies derived from our visualizations.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

If the Client cancels the project after work has commenced, the deposit is non-refundable to cover the time and resources utilized.

If the project is cancelled by Arkilex for any reason, a full refund of the deposit will be issued.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Marrakesh.
