Turnaround depends on scope and complexity. A single still image for a residential interior usually takes 5–10 business days from confirmed brief. A full exterior package with multiple cameras, dusk/day variants, and revisions typically runs 3–5 weeks. Large mixed-use masterplans and animations are scoped individually. We’ll give you a firm timeline with your quote.

Every project includes two rounds of revisions at no extra cost. Round 1 covers composition, camera angles, and major material adjustments. Round 2 is for final polish, lighting tweaks, prop changes, minor corrections. Additional rounds are billed hourly at a clear, pre-agreed rate.

Pricing is tailored to the scope and complexity of each brief,  there are no hidden package fees. As a guide, based on current international market rates for photorealistic 3D visualization:

• Residential interior still: from $300 per image
• Residential / small commercial exterior still: from $500 per image
• Hotel / hospitality / large commercial still: from $800 per image
• Complex masterplans & aerial renders: typically $1,200 – $3,000+ per image
• Animations (30–60s walkthroughs): typically $3,000 – $8,000
• Interactive VR tours & 360° panoramas: typically $800 – $3,000

Yes, we sign NDAs on request before any files are shared. All project assets are stored on encrypted cloud infrastructure, accessible only to the assigned team. Files are archived 6 months after delivery and permanently deleted on request. Your designs are never shown in our portfolio without explicit written permission.

Yes, roughly 70% of our work is international. We collaborate with architects, developers, and interior studios across Europe, the Gulf, North America, West Africa, and Asia. All projects are managed asynchronously via shared review portals and scheduled video check-ins on your timezone. Invoices can be issued in USD, EUR, GBP, or MAD, and we accept bank transfer, Wise, and Payoneer.

Within 24 business hours you’ll get a personal reply (not an auto-responder) from our studio lead. If your brief is clear we send a fixed-price proposal straight away. If we need more detail, we’ll book a discussion chat, no commitment, to align on scope, references, and deadline. Once approved, we start with a 40% deposit; the balance is due on final delivery. Most clients move from first email to first draft image within a week.
